Sand Blast Hose offered superior construction standards and finds use for blasting sand/other abrasive materials for cleaning/stripping presence of steel, stone & cement in different industrial applications. As thick natural rubber tubes, these also provide for needed resistance against abrasion as well as its heavy wall finish providing for superior kink resistance.
Tube: Highly Abrasion resistant, Synthetic Rubber-Black
Reinforcement: One or, Two Braid of High tenacity synthetic Yarn. Two Copper wire in opposite
direction
Cover: Abrasion Resistant, NR-SBR-Black
Working Temperature: From-30Cto +70C continuous operation
For conveying abrasive material like Sand or, Shot blasting, Mineral ores & other abrasive materials. Extra thick tube of 5.00 mm plus ensures its long life in application. Two Copper flex wires added in braiding in cross direction ensures the static charge dissipation.Meet Exceeds performance requirement of IS:5894

1. What is rubber sand blast hose used for?
Rubber sand blast hose is used for blasting sand and other abrasive materials to clean or strip steel, stone, and cement surfaces in industrial applications. It is commonly used wherever abrasive materials such as sand, shot, or mineral ores need to be conveyed under pressure.
2. What makes this hose resistant to abrasive wear?
The hose has a highly abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber tube, reinforced with one or two braids of high-tenacity synthetic yarn along with two copper wires running in opposite directions, and an abrasion-resistant NR-SBR cover. The extra-thick tube (5.00 mm plus) gives it long life even under continuous abrasive blasting.
3. Why does the hose include copper wire in its construction?
Two copper flex wires are added in the braiding in a cross direction specifically to dissipate static charge that builds up during sand and shot blasting. The hose meets/exceeds the performance requirements of IS:5894 and operates continuously from -30°C to +70°C.
